It is the day after my birthday. I am 34 years old. Things have been pretty good up to now. I had my chemotherapy regiment changed. I can now come into the hospital get my chemotherapy and leave. I do not need someone to come with me and I do not have to spend a week in the hospital. That is great. It bothered me so much to have to call people to go with me to the hospital and spend hours with me.
Digital Drum is doing excellent. I have a few projects I am working on and a few coming up. It is almost getting to the point where it is too much to handle. Thank goodness, I have the time to work on it.
Dr. Hessdorfer said that I will be able to do a transplant at Hopkins. I will have to stay in the hospital for about 30 days. It is a cord blood transplant.
Yesterday, I noticed a lymph node in my neck. That is a little scary. Up to this point it seemed that the lymphoma portion was in remission. But now it seems that some of it is coming back. I have to meet with Dr. Hessdorfer today to find out how we will proceed.
